How Are Your Products Made?

At vibeostudios.com, all our products are made to order. When you place an order, a custom request is sent immediately to our partner for printing and fulfillment. Please carefully review your selected items before completing your purchase, as we cannot cancel or exchange orders once the transaction is complete. Since our products are custom-made, we do not have the facilities to receive, store, or re-sell returned goods. Thank you for understanding.

Returning Products

If you wish to return a product, please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products should be sent as letters or postal packages. When applying the return policy for a product, you may return it personally or by mail to us.

Return Policy

Our return period is 30 days from the date you received the product. If your return falls within our policy guidelines, we will refund the amount paid for the product within 30 days of receiving the returned item or your notification of wanting to return a service.

To initiate a return, you must clearly state in your message to us that you regret your purchase. The return period starts from the day you received the full or significant part of your order. For customized products, the return period begins once we inform you that the product is ready.

Exclusions to the Return Policy

You do not qualify for our return policy if:

  • The service you purchased commenced with your consent during the return period.
  • The physical nature of the service makes it non-returnable.
  • The seal of authentication on the product has been broken or opened.

Return Conditions

You must keep the product in the same condition as when it was delivered. You are allowed to inspect the product, but any damage caused during inspection disqualifies it from the return policy.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please contact us at olle@vibeostudios.com with photos of the issues. We will address the problem promptly.

Return Process

To return an item, please use our return portal.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are unsure about the size, please refer to our sizing charts available in the product description section. If an item is mislabeled, contact us at olle@vibeostudios.com within a week of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or issue a refund.

Unclaimed Packages

If you do not claim your package at a service point and it is returned to us, you will be charged for the freight cost.

Lost Orders

If you believe your products are missing during transport, please email us at olle@vibeostudios.com so we can track them down. Vibeostudios is not liable for lost orders due to incorrect information provided.
